Reach on time, do you work, leave on time. You sometimes get told to stay back for some work to be done after office hours.

Dislikes

You get lectured for improper/unfinished work but will never be praised for a good work. Lack of Motivation from Team especially Seniors. Ownership to certain jobs also not available. Management of other team members at other locations of the Firm Didn't like the Appraisal Process.

It's a good company only for the Odiya people and not for the people who are not of odisha origin. One who is not ओड़िया can never survive in this company. Strong regional feeling in HR department and others also.
