There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address ur issue sallary is very low and not bright future

Scope of learning is better because any doubt occurs we make solve with the help of other branch ,other branch senior are very cooperative and provide better sollution when problem occurs. So I am very thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there.

According to me changes are necessary for everyone.To enhance my skill knowledge and for personal growth and financial growth I like to change the job

After so much application for job no response at least they should give chance to work .Their is lot of politics there.
