Timely deposition of salary. Compliance of statutory is the utmost priority. Liasioning is good. Finance,HR and award of contracts personnel will have good skills

Dislikes

Depends on client. No works for overhaul of equipments etc. Top management will not more initiative for getting skill works. Top management is not taking care of employees growth and technical development. Implementation of latest technology is not available.

Salary on time, Management is good, Facilities, Accomodation provided, Work culture is peaceful, safety and sound with social life because of company NTPC (PSU) joint venture

Dislikes

They hire at contract basis , no job security, skills are not much developed no training given to employees , No promotion policy, No transperancy in decisions making

Near home town, Salary on time, Site employee are very cooperative, Client people are very cooperative and submissive

Dislikes

No any job skill development programme, Promotion policy is not systematic, Salary structure is very poor, Head Office employee are very uncooperative and no any solution of vital issue and always blame him.

...nvironment & culture. Teammate are supportive and the management in transparent. company policies are good but appraisals are no good and they give bad salary hike in every year. Accommodation, medical facilities, HRA, allowances and child education facilities are not provided.

Management doesn't solve our issues. Despite doing work of regular nature but salary is not good and career growth is slow. Is a contractual job that can be terminated at any time. Should have job security.

Company is good but salary structuture is not good for contractual employees.

For same work company have two types employee vis permanent and contractual both are doing same job but salary diffrence is very high.
