There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contractual job can be terminate any time.

Teammates are very supportive and cooperative,on job training provided by our seniors ,i was good exposed to my technical knowledge during my job period,mostly work life balance is good over my job period .
