They hire at contract basis , no job security, skills are not much developed no training given to employees , No promotion policy, No transperancy in decisions making

For same work company have two types employee vis permanent and contractual both are doing same job but salary diffrence is very high.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contractual job can be terminate any time.
