...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good but appraisals are no good and they give bad salary hike in every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contractual job can be terminate any time.

Timely deposition of salary. Compliance of statutory is the utmost priority. Liasioning is good. Finance,HR and award of contracts personnel will have good skills

Depends on client. No works for overhaul of equipments etc. Top management will not more initiative for getting skill works. Top management is not taking care of employees growth and technical development. Implementation of latest technology is not available.
