No any Ethics. No salary for Employees,No matter how much effort you had made. Always beg for your salary and expenses. Good review are only from employee ( I think they are there known person)/relatives. Only sweet talk Having no policy for business or for there employee. Purely Hippocratics. They are looking for commission agent instead of employees.

...ired you whatever package you will ask they will get you but they won't pay you.because they will tell u ur salary is linked with the target even not get u leads for customer so u have to dig leads urself only
