Cant say I dislike anything in particuler , however connecting with colleagues is somthing that's valued here which is a learning curve for am as an introvert .

I have been associated with Utazzo since 2017, I had joined from Paras holidays and was given the responsibility of heading the FIT department with a team size of 15 Holiday experts, its been an extremely satisfying journey over the years and have enjoyed my stint here, currently I am heading the luxury and Ultra HNI clients division based out of Gurgaon. The best thing about Utazzo is that they give you multiple opportunities and challenges its upto you to take them up and make the most of it.

I had joined as a graphic designer in 2014, and from then on its been a remarkable journey for me over the next decade, I have grown into a performance manager in my current responsibilities. One feature which has been very satisfying for me is that the management encouraged me to take up new responsibilities and given time to mature into the role in spite of making mistakes and causing losses to the company, yet given positive encouragement to rectify and ensure same is not committed again. Would like to mention one more thing all the core members are in the organization from day 1 and have helped the organization to scale new heights. I would like to continue working here only and grow with the organization.

Dislikes

At times to deliver on set timelines is difficult, that becomes a little tough, but need to find a way to ensure work is delivered and client does not suffer.

I have been part of Utazzo from day of inception, proudly associated for over 10 years now, I am the second employee of Utazzo. I started my career as Ticketing executive and now progressed as operations head of the company, its been a very fulfilling and a fruitful journey and for all the opportunities provided. also very satisfied with the kind of camaraderie we have with all my team members in-fact they are as good as family members, most of the employees in the company are over 8 years with us, which is the testimony to the culture of the organization. I would highly recommend if given an opportunity you should come and work for utazzo.

Initially in 2012, the company did not have any IT tools to manage leads which made our life difficult , but over the years they invested heavily in IT infrastructure and made our jobs simpler and has brought operational efficiency

I have joined the company on 28th AUG 2018 as a fresher but over the years and training and support from my seniors, I have acquired the skills to work independently and handle my department.
