Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

We do get above average salary as per market standards.

Dislikes

. In case of complaints to HR. HR is still in passive mode. Preventive measures are not taken. That hampers the team productivity and culture loss. . Management do not have eye escalations. . Lacking in streamlining / Planning. Managers just need to jumpstart. . In case of interview drives over weekend, no communication on compoff / allowance. No Allowances.
