It was a wonderful experience and great place to work and learning platform for freshers. You can not see that setup anyways. It teaches you from scratch zero to up to your level.

Good support from immediate reporting in-charge. Space to learn the new things and implementing new ideas. Work and personal life balance is good. Company provides transport from nearby main location. Food for staff is provided in minimum amount.

Year by year overall market price are increasing by 15 - 20%. Expense of living cost is increasing yearly but company having the policy of giving yearly hike by 2 - 5% only.
