Good exposure in Hybris with java. work life balance depends on the project Cons: Lack of project. Marketing team is not active . Need to improve the marketing or the sales team.

Nothing, a place to waste your career. They make big promises while hiring but they fulfil none. I wasted an year there before deciding to move on.

There is no pros, Full of politics, Gossips. If you have another opportunity. Just go for it, Don't ruin your career.

Dislikes

1. Heavy Politics 2. Constant Gossips 3. Poor Management When I say poor management, I mean not only ineffective practices but also only ineffective but also a troubling tendency to manipulate employees' careers. Some Managers exhibit really unprofessional behavior, using offensive words like PnStar and Gndu while talking with another managers. Their communication style is often bad, and they sometimes act immaturely, such as when they find bugs in development and fell the need to broadcast it to all managers, regardless of the severity there's no professionalism in that. 4. Management is egotistical. They may demand that you come into the office on weekends including Sunday, and if you refuse, they resort to micromanagement. 5. This type of behavior is causing them to lose projects; they now have only one or two migrations left. 6. If you prefer to focus on your work and avoid gossips and politics, this might not be the right company for you. 7. If you are already joined or are considering joining, be cautions around everyone-management, HR, and colleagues. Keep your secrets to yourself; never share them with anyone. 8. There's a lack of skill development and personal growth opportunities. 9. There's no proper tech leadership or management in the UI department. 10. Without a clear structure, everyone is essentially operating in their own way. 11. HR policies are really bad, There is bond for 1 year. 12. Fake promises like Hybrid, WFH

As I said the fake/poor people who joined management team, they can lay off junior/mid resources to save their back :)
