Only one weekly off, more than 9 hours work schedule, low manpower and excessive work pressure to meet deadlines, low salary for employees compared to recent GETs and new joiners.

Compensation and other benefit not as demand every time some time we got much better and sometime face little dissipointment . Work culture is good but it can be better. Day by day its improving. As from my joining i saw a lot of changes and hope one day it will be it reach the top.
