The work culture here is extremely poor. The senior HR and VP of technology exhibit arrogant behavior. The team leads are unskilled, particularly in the managed services team, where micromanagement is rampant. There’s a senior team lead who pretends to know everything but is actually clueless. While he’s seen as a mastermind in the tech community, everyone within the company knows he’s ineffective. If you’re considering joining, think twice—otherwise, you might regret it. They force new hires to sign a 3-year bond, offer low salaries, and fail to provide fair performance-based raises, often making excuses during appraisals.

Good place for learning new skills. As a flutter developer I had a good opportunity to work closely with the designers and the backend team.
