There is nothing good about this company.

The owner's behaviour is like he owns you.there is nothing like kind nature in this company's environment. Owner pradeep dikshit ,he is worst...his language is worst...even he talks shit to the employees in the meeting even to the female employees. 1. At first zero work-life balance. 2. The CEO is very arrogant, he thinks by paying you he has owned you. Sometimes he is very rude with their employees. 3. NO JOB GUARANTEE - I REPEAT NO JOB GUARANTEE, it's all up to the CEO if he thinks you are not fit for the program then he will give you warning and kick you out of the company too. 4. You are expected to be on time to office, but if you leave on time that gives CEO heart attack. 5. Requesting for a leave makes CEO upset, as he believes " In Japan people are working 12-12 hours and 6 days". 6. No senior/experienced staff expect of the CEO(no practical knowledge only theory). 7. There is no HR,manager kind of thing here,all we have is CEO in our life. The ceo pradeep dikshit harrasing employees here. Even one of the client runs into the company to beat Ceo pradeep for not giving a payment on time. Professionalism is scam here. All the senior staff here likes to take credit of juniors work.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
