The very thing i like about PNSB is their work culture. It's very friendly and enthusiastic. Totally trustable. Employee friendly. Through this COVID-19 lockdown, though i have to come regularly to office but they took care of each and every employee very well.

On the job training is not given. Have to learn using trail and error technique. Salary is ok but career growth is very slow. 2 years of probationary period is too much.
