While i don't have any specific dislikes, I find the fast-paced nature at Uravu labs challenging at times, as it involves balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, and this challenging nature helps me to excel in balancing multiple priorities effectively.

It has been 3 months I joined Uravu. The company in terms of business is doing well but there were no processes as such and now all departments are working on streamlining the processes because it's growing now. In my department also, I have been working on things from scratch and loving the kind of ownership I have been given. Founders are very supportive and very open in taking suggestions and ideas despite of your role and hierarchy in the organization. The culture of the company is dynamic and perfect for the ones who are looking to build things from scratch and grow quickly.

Dislikes

The founders initially focused on building the business and technology, so there weren't any processes in place. Over the last three months, I've seen their willingness and effort to set up and streamline operations. I understand that these processes were missing because the company was in its early stages.

It's great working with lovely colleagues, provision of meals + fruit is really worth the appreciation and also the sanitation, work environment and transportation service is good.

Work culture , internal politics, Non standard working time, don't care about personal problems, health or work life balance, Favouritism and discrimination according to language or state, Abusing the hierarchy system.
