10% commission is too much. Also exchange rate is an issue. When I google USD vs INR I get around 83.4 and Upwork pays 81.4 or less. Now a days GST is deducted and also TDS. Now a days I am getting a feeling to look for job locally atleast I could get fixed income at the end of the month. If you guys can reduce the fees would be helpful.

It's really easy to use and find work on upwork your liking So many jobs that suits your skills you can find it quickly but

I'm stuck now because of the connects you need to send so you can apply to the job You'll receive 50connects or less when you create the account ( lowest connects you need to send well be around 7 and highest 12 or more ) you can apply 4 or less depends to the jobs In the starting you don't understand the concept so, I just applied to the jobs and now I want to apply more jobs coz some projects didn't select the freelancer and some projects are closed without selecting any freelancer but I can't do that I have to buy the connects I can't buy them coz I'm broke so I can't apply now. I'm not using the app since than
