1) Salary payment long overdue often three to four months. I know at least three such cases where due payments have been withheld for months under lame excuses.Strictest public pressure should be on them so that they are forced to pay the dues of the teachers. 2) When the mentors politely ask for their due salaries through mails often no reply is given when the salaries are to be credited and false excuses are offered . If it is needed I will name those persons who don't reply the mails. I am giving them a chance to credit the accounts to the mentors ( I know some mentors whose names I will give in my next letters). 3) This organisation recovers TDS even from those who receive less than Rs per month. 4) The electricity charges,the internet charges that a mentor incurs is never reimbursed . 5) Payment given to the mentors is much less than the industry standards showing thereby that this institute is run by people who are fast becoming insolvent after cheating people.

Absolutely nothing. It is a company run by cheats who don't only cheat their customers but also their own employees.

Dislikes

...'t want experienced people to stay in as their inefficiencies get highlighted. They can at best give pocket money, you cannot expect a steady salary. Most people earn under 10000/- and maximum up to 20000/- steadily (very rarely).
