Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Nothing they make fool of learned until they make payment for the program , after that they stop responding to learner and now learner shouts and scold counsellor for all that.

Dislikes

No proper timing, they don't even provide you full salary as pr the offer letter and when asked for it thay start blaming you. Non of the senior comes to the office whole month, they don't even response to your calls and during salary time and closing time they start blaming you for loosing the sales . And they never complete their commitments with learner that's why all learner leave and within 24 hrs or counselling they start calling the learner for the payment of the program continuously from 7-8 no.s, so they learner step back as he build trust issues because of all this behavior and then they blame you for stepping back of the learner

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
