...f in their parties or games even if you are good at work. There's no discipline. Some employees are pressured to come at time or they have to pay fine and some employees can just wfh without proper explanation. You can clearly notice the difference in treatment and this only grows with time.

...ve them assignments to test their awareness on the pretext of giving them a job. The thing is they aren't looking to hire or pay you for your efforts. They use your knowledge and then say will let you go or say sorry.

Very bad management inside the company especially related to miscommunication and misguide.They are not on their own words. After achieving their own target they treated employees as a useless and force them to take medical leaves as a reason for resign. This is for BDE.
