Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They haven't give any salary throughout the lockdown and still asking for my pending salary of the month of March, but no-one response on request. moreover no one called when they started the restaurant again. so very terrible experience. No job security, no money provided throughout lockdown and still asking for my salary of the of march.

Dislikes

They don't want to payout any staff and vendors. most of the time you struggle yo get basic things to purchase.
