Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Es company me jo senior hai wo bahut bada wala chu**tiya hai kyoki un sab chu**tiyo ko lagta hai ki un se jyda kisi ko knowledge hi nahi ho sakta Un chu**tiyo ko lead karta hai ek or maha chu**tiya jo ki us company ka MD ka beta hai Ye chu**tiye log daily basis par MD ke bete ko tel lagate hai or junior ko daily harassment karte hai Salary ka pata nahi but termination kabhi bhi aa jata hai Yaha job secure nahi hai or mentally harassment jyda hai I just say to everyone, if you want to join the company then stop, otherwise you responsible for your mental health.
