They provide false hopes and do cost cutting on high scale and can ask you to resign as soon as their work is over from your end.They absorb your energy beyond the working hours as well and till now dont have a revenue generation source so always insecure.

Behaviour and interaction quality of seniors to juniors ,etc

No working environment, no scheduled for opening and closing, Always ask to update work 3 times in a day, Senior never came to talk and listen to problem, they just want you to make it work on time but no support.
