Career Opportunities - As a fresher, I received plenty of support and guidance from my teammates and reporting managers. Taking ownership is a mantra if you are working at Dare2Compete. Management - Your managers will ensure that you are getting good training if you have an interest in other domains at work. Learning is an ongoing process. Work Culture - Teammates are helping, respect each other and their time. There are no politics involved and a good work-life balance.

I like the work environment and culture. I get to work on latest technologies which helps me in improving my technical as well as soft skills. Staff & teammates are also supportive. There's a clear transparency from a employee to the employer.

The only thing that i dislike is that the alternate Saturdays are off.

People centric environment, hangout routine with them, for me it feels like a home where I can discuss anything regarding my problems and find them a solution to it together #unstoppable
