Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

... environment is good and best thing ia that, the colleagues are very supportive. If I say about salary then every month of 7, the salary has been credited on the time. And its my experience I never face late salary infact if there is sunday on that day then it would credited earlier.

The worst company I have ever seen in my 13 years of work experience..The owner of this company only fulfill their pocket.Treat employee as slave.The internal politics are so much.Not having work culture..The HR policy is zero.. Don’t recommend this company to any one.....

I guess the best place to work, learn and grow - highly energetic environment with young guns ( avg age of an employee is 28 yrs). Highly skilled people across different verticals and someone can explore horizontally across different verticals in the ecosystem

Dislikes

Unofin doesn't hire losers - who just want to stay for the salary and just for switching the job. It's a place for energetic people not for the negative people - Unofin often rejects more candidates.

Nothing. Because, HR & senior management delivers false commitment. Misbehave with employees. Do not take care of their employees for which every employee leaves company after 3-4months. If anyone asks for their rights, they misbehave. Worst company I have ever seen. Don't have any future. Suggest founder to close the company.
