Yes .because mahindra company world best company.good work environment culture .compnay policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Selfish people are seated there on CEO lavel. No growth, No job security, No promotion, No support from higher management. They will not provide your experience latter when you left the organization. Mr. Prakash singh is HR of this organization but he had high ego ,when you ask him about employee rights and give some feedback then he will target you. And cut your salery, hold incentives and etc. Overall old senior staff is very dominating type of peoples.

In today's condition no job security at any place, You will like to work here but company policies are very poor no one can expect growth at this place,no salary increment at least one time, no bonus, incentive program also bad never get your incentive on time and as promised.
