no talented teachers. everyone come by donations. at assistant professor level rate is pay rs 50 lakh and you will be permanent. no matter if you have net, PhD, distance education, third division, so many complaints against you, harassment cases against you. talented and poor teacher who cant pay rs 50 lkah donation they were thrown out even if they are more than 10yrs exp without any complaint API SCORE More than 90. every level whether its principal, dean , registrar, VC everyone pays amount and get job. don't send your children in DU its totally waste of your money, time and future of your child. because waste of your areas got appointment in DU. so its better save your money for future and take admission in your local area.

Relaxed work culture. Most of the time it's not hectic but at times it can be very hectic. You'll have limited guidance so learning can be limited and it's progress completely depends on you.

Obviously it's a nice university & the staff is also nice & corporative towards all trainee. I loved to work there, but due to covid I had to discontinue my internship. If I get another chance to work there ,I loved to.
