Less promotion chances. Less increment. Management will be rude.

Infrastructure is very good as compare to other companies in this region. MD of this company is very cooperative for all employee and provide all facilities, resources.

Working culture is worst. Hight level of politics is there. Every upper management person understand himself as a scientist of NASA but in reality they are zero.Everywhere is Nepotism like new joining, increment, promotion etc.
