1. Working Hours: The working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM helps to avoid the traffic and rush of peak hours. 2. Work Life Balance: The position I was working in gave me a good balance between my personal and professional life. I would not take any task/work at home to accomplish.

Dislikes

1. No Job Security: There is absolutely no job security here and employees are fired in their probation period without any warning/prior notice or feedback meeting. 2. No Career Growth/Learning Experience: If you are looking forward to build a career and excel in Marketing, then this is not an ideal place. There is no opportunity to grow and learn new skills. 3. No Future/High Term Goal: The company although established in 2010, has no future, long-term goals in Marketing according to my experience. The other departments like R&D may have it, but department like Marketing seems very aimless and unorganized. They apparently do not even have a proper Marketing team, their team includes just 1 individual at the time-being. Employees are not given basic access to certain data and there is no goal, OKRs whatsoever. 4. Unprofessional Behavior: They do not have an HR for smooth application of processes and for aligning the company rules and regulations. The offer and appointment letter reach you month after you join. The paper works are delayed and there is a no mention of notice period for probation no matter if they remove you or you leave. The appointment letter mentions a term saying your employment may be terminated owing to unsatisfactory performance which is further not defined. The involvement of the senior authorities in every matter of employees' and their personal opinion is highly not appreciated or desired. 5. Lack of Hygiene: The head office located at Sakinaka is dominated with rodents and there was no action taken to get rid of them. The flooring/chairs are in a bad state and not taken care of, which according to me is basic requirement. 6. No Employee Benefits: Due to an inexistent HR, there is absolutely no employee benefits or any step taken for employees' happiness. The co-workers and the office environment is not friendly and favorable. There is no cafeteria, no free beverages, no health insurance or soft skill training, no job training.
