...ID POSITIVE they didn't even bother no body asked me for any help or anything And for that month ( may) they gave me 15 days salary When I asked my HR she clearly told me that management has decided this I cannot do anything. I was in isolation for 26 days as I was having cough so doctor was not allowing me to break the isolation .so whole June I was isolated then I requested my Director that atleast provide me salary of may He straight forward denied that you were not doing your work from home properly in lockdown You come to the office then we will see. After listening this I was shattered That I was working for a company for last 2 years and in my tough time nobody is supporting me . Thinking to resign.

There is no growth , No work life balance 6 days working with Only 6 cl for a financial year. Have to work in inhuman condition and nobody recorganize it. There is no appraisal at all . Politics. Even your managers are not supportive It's is a bad organization With zero HR policies and work ethics

The specialty of the company is that the owner of the company is very good. He never hesitates to order material for anything, no matter how expensive it is and the company's salary is paid on time. There is also an increment. But chamcho's salary is higher and the salary comes on time and the government holidays are also available. Thank you!

...ter how much work you do, the senior then says that it is I who do all the work. And he can never ask you for your work or for raising your salary, nor can he ask for higher ups. This is the biggest drawback.Understand that seniors never stand by you. No matter how much work you do, no matter how much you ask them for salary, the boss will increase it, but seniors are not concerned about any of your fewer. On the contrary, they are engaged in bringing you down further.

It was an excellent experience to work with the unity group I had learned lot of things from this organisation. In future if I get a chance again to work with the company I definitely work again. Thank you team for helping me to enhance more skills .
