...technologies to learn and work. Cab Facilities for Work from office employees. Compensation is ok if you have negotiated a good one. Since this is a growing company so you can get a chance to grow with it if you have skills.

Dislikes

Some technologies will be on your shoulder even those doesn't match with your profile or they don't have a right resources for those. For example. If you are a System Engineer then you may need to work on UPS, And other DataCenter work. 99% deployment is done by the US team so if you are joining the India team then you will only be responsible for operations

Everything salary’s growth was dependent on managers review not on your performance Hire managers are not soo good like they are not supportive and they give not push you up they will degrade you

...leaving. From the day of joining everyone starts thinking of leaving this place. Less pay, not good managers, no amenities, they don't give you appraisals. They don't make permanent to employees working more that 3-4 years. They don't even make them senior associate. For freshers they give monthly contracts. And they can fire you anytime.
