The dislike about the company is only that new skill development is less and people are more and senior level are not co operative and inter departmental collaboration skills are lacking.

My personal suggestion is not to associate yourself with the company as long as you have other options to go with. The comp. lacks manpower and system to work with. You will appointed as an Area Sales Manager but will be working here as a Sales Man. The comp. doesn't offer any system related learning neither does it offer any professional growth.
