The culture of the company is very bad, there is no system in the company, there are many people who speak from front to back and also people who pull on the others in this company, there is no single boss, there are 5-6 bosses on the site, everyone considers each other as the boss, salary is paid twice. PPE items are not given on time. This is the situation of Tata Steel Meramandali site.
