I learnt Some good knowledge and how to handle the software troubleshooting and problem and hardware devices issue. Previous HR was good and she hired me as any IT Administrator and I got job from the previous HR she good to the employees

There is no job security and HR is not good as and management is not good and COO body language is not good rude behaviour for the employee in the hospital and even HR is not have discipline and body language and don't to speak properly to the employee and handle the employee if we are working the HR will ask what your full busy.Which all work are not related to us they will tell to do example:- TV Recharge, Mobile recharge and any bank works and more HR Behaviour is not good dislike

To me, United Hospital is the best private hospital in Bangladesh. In terms of structure, it is a majesting building with all modern facilities and technologies. In terms of professional services, United Hospital has been providing healthcare services to all our valued patients who sought our services. Incidentally, our patient base is mainly upper middle class and the elite portion of our society. Government high officials (ministers, Secretaries, and top business leaders are our regular visitors.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
