No leaves . No bonus . High salary deductions . Strict timing . Force employees for overtime at same pay rate with deductions. If you leave the company in overtime at 29 minutes then no overtime is calculated but if you come 6 minutes late then your salary will be deducted for 30 minutes. Overtime is calculated at 30 minutes interval.
