Poor management system, too many politics around the management system there is no professional way of working in the company organization. The facility provided to the workers is very poor. Very poor work satisfaction will be the result for professionals. Jobs are just good for beginners not for experianced proffesionals.

No job security, right now I am jobless,as my company's contract was not renewed, contract was given to another company by the client,as my company's tender quoteing was high, I lost my job due to this as my company was not able accommodate us any where else. Management and company policies are good.

Lot of politics,career growth is slow,no salary increment.

During Covid-19 lockdown time, I got mixed views from the employers. But the company have safely shifted each and every people to their homeland.

Dislikes

We can learn many good things from the company, but in my work location most of the time the food was not good. They will not provide proper increment to the employers which work hard. Some times master and slave things also happens in that company

(In only Oil and gas) Food and accomodations better. Good Relationship with all workers . Management was support to us good.

No job secure. Management lost their contracts from Petrolium Development Organizing.
