Poor management system, too many politics around the management system there is no professional way of working in the company organization. The facility provided to the workers is very poor. Very poor work satisfaction will be the result for professionals. Jobs are just good for beginners not for experianced proffesionals.

No job security, right now I am jobless,as my company's contract was not renewed, contract was given to another company by the client,as my company's tender quoteing was high, I lost my job due to this as my company was not able accommodate us any where else. Management and company policies are good.
