UCCI follows the core values, and one of the core values is People, hence we treat all the stake holders (people) with respect. This company giver work freedom, there is no bossing. Culture is very good.

Not much, but sometime company is soft on the employees than to achieve the target. This company can achieve more than what they do presently.

if u r from a manufacturing background, then it might be boring for u, 95% desk job. in manufacturing jobs, you could go to the shop floor whenever u wanted: this may be the cons, depending on person to person. in our case we organize the visit as per requests.

To like about UCC, it is more flexible to work here at UCC than other companies in terms of Time, Personal Life, Final deadlines, etc. Also Technical exposure is good like strength of job profile.

Dislikes

Little bits need to work out on floor discipline for more efficient output.

Dislikes

Location of office is not at all convenient for most of the employees. Organization should think of relocating office to Shivajinagar.
