Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...u. During Covid-19 UCC management has taken great steps to safeguard employees. For that company has initiated work from home policy and didn't deducted anyone's salary. After the lockdown finished all precautionary measures has been taken to protect the employes from Covid-19 Virus.
