Why's salary still treated like a taboo?
We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary. Someone once told me, “If you talk about pay, HR will think you're difficult.” But shouldn't knowing your worth be basic, not rebellious? It’s weird, companies want transparency from candidates, but won’t return the favour. Ask a simple “What’s the budget for this role?” and suddenly everyone’s “still finalising”. Dislikes

The system is a bit rigid, not embracing changes. The company need to move with the industry trend and pay attention to what customers want in terms of bringing in varieties in order to remain relevant in the industry.
