Free minded flexible & comprehensive work environment & managers are too friendly. Here is too good scope for pro active engineers to implement their engineering perspectives , ideas and values to enhance this organisation. The organisations vision, plans & values are too ambitious.👍

This is growing organization from SSI to MSI hence one most important challange is to deal, accomodate & adjust with old non educated but most empowered colleagues in organization.

It's a best Company for Freshers to join & take Experience for their Future as there are environment for MNC so freshers have alot to learn & grow, but not for experience candidates as work is Not helpful for their Career growth.

What I admire about UNI-TECH is its company culture and values. The company has a safe working environment. There are several challenges thrown at us, but the management is always there to guide us and we all work a high functioning team. Tremendous learning and growth opportunities. The company has own R&D facility and always open for innovation and building technologically advanced products and solutions.

Sometimes, work-life balance can go for a toss but we make our way through it.
