The most satisfying career and job role I ever had. Salary is paid on hourly basis, means work=pay, which means that there's no restriction to leave. As it's a US company, its much more modern and considering. Being an employee, feels like a king here.

10hours login time is too much.

Likes

Compensation is good. They even provides fund to purchase office furnitures, internet reimbursement, etc.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor, I found it very difficult to take a break even to go to washroom or for having food.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Good to start a career.

Less innovation and career Growth.

Learning opportunities in terms of technology.

Less pay scale. Once yor are hired after that you need to forgot about the salary rise. They keep on saying you are already above market standards but once you put down the paper they will be ready to match your salary. Hypocrisy level !! No job security. You will be hired for a project....you will be fired once project is completed. Managers harrass the employee to work day and night with no work life balance. Worst company culture with no employee engagement activities or appreciations. Adamant senior management with no interest to address the employee grievances.

Good for fresher entering in corporate. Average Salary but relaxed work environment. Induction training is good.

Dislikes

Projects are often on outdated technologies. Career growth may be slow. Less number of leaves. Cafeteria needs to improve.
