...han the agreed KRA at the time of the interview. 4) It's a very small company. 5) Salary was delayed due to a Fund crunch and the same was conveyed by one of the management members. 6) There is no stability, management can sack you on the basis of assigned work, not on the basis of KRA which is agreed upon at the time of the interview.

MD( Rodney ) and CEO( jayendra desai) is not good if they have your need then your job is safe once project will finished they simply said your performance is not good and force you for resign last month July 2023 8 employees is spot resigned and Appraisal is still not received

Worst organisation never join there is no job security they will sack you immediately without any prior notice. The team management is just worst than worst, The CEO who doesn't even know the process of abcd. Always regretted myself wasted my 7 months their. Take this message seriously never ever join this organisation they will make your life hell as possible as can. They are just making fools to their client in the name of software configuration they even don't have proper simple management to complete the work on time.
