Unfortunately it was a challenging experience due to following reasons: 1. Lack of Job satisfaction: I did not find job satisfaction as the role didn't align with my skills and career goal. 2. Insecurity of Job: the companys stability and future plans were unclear, causing job insecurity. 3. In adequate support and communication: there was a lack of clear guidance and support from management 4. Work life balance: the work load often hindered maintaining a heathy work life balance. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the work environment of future employees.

Not at all satisfied in all areas

Likes

Not a company working culture. Whole family member are involved in company managemtn and bossy attitude(Bibi ki Sarkar). Working till late night became a routine work. No increment, no promotion after working of 12 hours duty.

Dislikes

Bad Environment. Working culture is very poor. Official timing is nothing. Boss and his wife both shows bossy attitude.

Very terrible experience. Mr. Kohli hold my 36000rs when resign 1 month before any they put fake elegation on me without any proof.

In this office no working system and both boss treat you like you are slave.
