One and only positive point is job opportunity is provided for freshers. It is difficult to get job on SAP as a fresher. Projects/supports are running only because of interest in learning for consultants, management has 0% contribution.

Quarterly feedbacks are taken where the same details about you your family is asked, and whatever the feedback you provide will never be considered(mainly salary related). 20. You can be a TL, PL, DL manager with 10 K salary per month. If any PL or TL ( 2-3 yrs experienced is the highest) resigns and you are the senior with 8-10-12 months experience you are the PL

...r filling up details on Appraisal Application further no action is been taken 4. Laptop was damaged and repair is done but I have no money due to No salary which is directly impacted with no work of FSCI project. 5. Project Expenses is not reimbursed yet

Its really great opportunity to work in Unisoft as a fresher and I learnt subject here a lot. And we will get good opportunitys here to go for onsite projects.

As a fresher we will get very low salary as compared to outside company but as per our performance only they will increase 100%hike and bond would be 3years .

...ompany. There is no proper work culture is there. Employee satisfaction is zero. Even you are not able to expect salary for your work. PF they will deduct from your salary but they will not deposit it to your PF account. If you ask for salary, PF for the work you have done then you will not get any response from the HR, DL even from CEO.
