... the personnel are good. Period training is given to all. Job security is good. Deserving employees are given promotions and or pay raises. Quarterly appraisal is done. Company have good profile but financial condition of company is not good. Due to financially condition mostly site have closed.other benefits are good but HR not carrying about other facilities.HR and financial portion are very weak.

The first thing you consider after getting a job is the work environment and coordination from seniors and colligues, Uniseven provide me that environment. Being a GTE it was hard for me to adjust with the new lifestyle as well as to understand the scenario of my work profile, for that all you need is a support from your seniors, that is where Uniseven push me up.Apart from that as it is a construction based company, each and every day is different from the last day, so self development is better than other industrial job field.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
