Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Since this company has been existed in the country for more than 20 years in DRC, 90% of the doctors in Congo Know them and it has its visibility in the market.

Dislikes

1. No management 2. No system 3. No learning development opportunities 4. Exploited working hours, you would be asked to work on Sunday also 5. No respect between the team 6. No defined responsibility 7. Not organised responsibility with in the team also 8. There is no administration at all in the company (From Dubai to Congo) 9. There are only two people in organisation whom MD wants to communicate and gave the responsibility rest are just
