The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I spent my good time in UIDAI there was good supporting staff attractive salary better work life I always wanted to work forever with UIDAI but no luck so I missed it

the one thing I feel not good that the work was out of limits and not better opportunities for career growth

Everything. There will be no training given. There is huge politics between govt staff and NiSG and MTOs. They dont even treat you equal. Everyday you will feel humiliated. Nobody will support you. Too much office politics. Please think before joining.
