There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Experience wise not take a scale not take any company providing insensitive and gift for workers not take a worker health and wellness please chake that

All required training for individual growth are give in right time. Floor staff is quite friendly & working atmosphere with then is great. Management regarding SOP is great.

Dislikes

Salary is too less as compared to other dealers. Holidays is major issue (less no. Of holidays only 1 day paid holiday for Diwali)

I worked as a bodyshop advisor for 1 year, in this dealer well support get by manager and senior also, so i learned there about working process and system And eco-friendly environment

Management is pathetic and Ziya is super pathetic back office executive there is waste of time don't waste .
