...re is no place for work life balance, they expect us to work 24/7 for 365 days . Growth and compensation is very less.

They provide you snacks when your shift extends after 6pm. They you'll be getting a medical insurance, but only if we able to work after 1 year.

Dislikes

I worked as an accounts executive. They don't even main a standard timings for staffs and they don't even care about staffs health. I almost worked 12 hours per day due to lack of employee in the department. The Management is very sick and pointless, they don't even understand the situation and force us to give the results. There is no seperate roles and responsibilities assigned to staffs, everyone has to do everything when any one gets absent in department. They don't even know the meaning for employee benifits, and they treat employees like a machine producing unlimited outputs. They can't even let you to finish your current work they suddenly add additional works to you and your others works gets pending. There's no seperate space to have your lunch. We're supposed to eat in the desk or waiting room. Overall this is the worst company I've ever seen and worst management as well. If you want to start your career & choose your company, please think carefully before joining here.
